Electro Mechanical Assembly Unit - COMPACT SERIES
The electro mechanical assembly units of the COMPACT SERIES are characterised by their slim and weight reduced design. It is suitable for assembling operations using several presses of minimum dimensions. The servomotor is aligned parallel to the assembly unit and allows a low installation height. The durable and compact roller gear drive is suitable for high forces at small dimensions.
A special synchronous belt connects the motor directy with the roller gear drive and guarantees the greatest possible positioning accuracy of
< 0.01 mm. The modular construction of the units allows not only for integration in automated assembly lines and manual work-places but also in robot systems.
